Sales experience is not required. You will go through a nine-month rotational training program that is a combination of sales, technical and professional training in both classroom and on-the-job settings. Upon graduation of the program, you will be placed in one of our 40+ NA sales offices. We are looking for individuals with experience in a variety of industries, including but not limited to: Water/Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods, Pulp and Paper, Tire & Automotive, Chemical and more!

Account Manager:

The account manager role is a critical link between Rockwell Automation and our customers. Account Managers are responsible for customer relationships and market share growth in an assigned geographic area. Account Managers consult our customers on the effective application of Rockwell Automation products and services. They develop and manage new customer accounts, advise customers on automation solutions and introduce new products.

  • Our Account Managers need to become thoroughly familiar with company policies and procedures and appropriately apply policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network.
